PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES

Published December 2022: Updated annually, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) publishes the List of Prohibited Substances and Methods (“The 2023 List”). The List designates what substances and methods are prohibited both in- and out-of-competition under the World Anti-Doping Code and the FINA Doping Control Rules. The List comes into force on 1st January 2023 and can be consulted here. A summary of the main modifications for 2023 is also available here.
