Become a Head Coach (Volunteer)
Coaches are integral to the success of the Sharks basketball Club and we are very appreciative for our existing coaches and always looking for new coaches.
Volunteer Coaches are selected from within the club and are generally parents, teachers, senior players or others interested.
All Sharks teams are appointed at least a Head coach, and on occasion also an Assistant coach.
Coaches don’t have to be experienced or qualified to get involved. Skills and experience vary according to age group/grade, but generally we ask all coaches have:

Regular emails and updates
A WhatsApp community to ask questions or find training information.
Free training courses and coaching sessions throughout season.
Provision of a sausage sandwich or drink from Sharks BBQ on each training day.
Coaching Responsibility
