What to wear on the plane: All students will have to wear their AIS Sharks Tshirt gear to the airport on Thursday morning. Students are to meet at the AIS Bus Bay at 1pm. Students will miss lessons from period 4 onwards.
Flight Details: Visa costs and applications are the responsibility of individual families. Students will be dismissed at the airport on Sunday 9th December. Parents are to arrange their own pickup arrangements.
Students are entitled to 20kg check-in baggage.

IMPORTANT
If any parents are coming along to watch, please let me know via email so I can pass your details on to the school. The school is taking security very seriously so you will need a full photo ID. This will ensure the smoothest access to the school.
Class Exemption letter: All students involved in this tour are required to fill up this form below by all the teachers whose lessons will be affected. Forms are to be returned to Ms Nazirah in the Sports Office by Friday 30 Nov, 12pm.
